'Armed Forces Day -Royal Naval Museum Veterans Day Tea'

On this day the museum will welcome Veterans and visitors alike to a special World War II teatime to help mark Veterans Day and Armed Forces Day. This is the 3rd annual event which offers an excellent opportunity to meet with Veterans, hear their stories and try out some weird and wonderful foods from the era of rationing!

This is a free event so come on down!

If you want to make a day of it why not visit the Submarine Museum in Gosport too?

On Saturday 27th June from 10am they are offering a free visit for all veterans*.

You can meet their own veteran submariners who will guide visitors through where they would work, eat and sleep onboard HMS Alliance herself.  Visitors can also see the only surviving X-craft to have seen action during WW2 and walk onto the Royal Navy's first submarine Holland 1.

 Tickets: *FREE for veterans on proof of service or Adults: £9, Conc: £6, Family (max 2 adults/seniors and up to 4 children:£25
